Wow, what a great retreat! The Strategies for Success event on September 22-23 focused on personal and professional goal setting for success. We had time for comradery and education. We develop our personal coat of arms. We looked at strategies to help our teams and employees deliver their best and committed to aligning our leadership team with the needs of the organization. A highlight was Peernovation author Leo Bottary, who discussed the value of peer groups.

So it is fitting that the next Renaissance Executive Forum (REF) Regional Chief Information Officer (CIO) in-person meeting is hosted by Rich Carlton, President, Aunalytics. The REF model is in-depth and requires a high degree of personal accountability to your peers. It is a regional model that offers an expanded reach. To further explain, I have attached a briefing and video link. This invitation-only event is open to Executive Forum members. Non-members can request an invitation if you are a Chief Information Officer in northern Indiana.

As a forever-learner, he loves sharing ideas with and mentoring others. Craig has also written multiple books including The Ultimate Manual: The Missing Guide to Living a Meaningful Life, You in the Sweet Spot, and Intentional Living and Leadership: Consciousness, Choice and Planning for Success. Craig loves learning and building the next generation’s leaders with an emphasis on technology and people/team alignment and is a welcome addition to strengthen our maturing forum.
