About the Speaker
Clifford Clarke is the president, C2 IT Advisors, a strategic information technology advisory firm providing consulting services in the areas of strategic planning, project management, policy development, and broadband deployment. He is a former Chief Information Officer / Chief Technology Officer for the City of Fort Wayne. Clarke helps small and medium business leaders leverage and optimize their information technology environment.
