4Q20 - November 13, 2020
Does Leadership Development Truly Matter?
As we find our new normal, the Northeast Indiana Chief Information Officer Forum invites all members to a special meeting and tour on Friday, November 13, 2020. We will tour the newly open Fort Wayne Rescue Mission after our discussion, "Does Leadership Development Truly Matter?" This socially distant in-person meeting will feature breakfast provided by our host and special guest appearances. The building tour will be conducted while wearing a mask. We will take the needed protocols and follow state guidelines to provide the safest possible environment.
The Northeast Indiana Chief Information Officer (CIO) Forum will meet on Friday, November 13, at 8:30 AM, EST at the Fort Wayne Rescue Mission, 404 E Washington Blvd, Fort Wayne, IN 46802.
In addition to our discussion topic, we will map the future of your forum. Other queries to consider include:
- Does your organization have a formal development program for its leadership?
- How do you keep informed of industry trends?
- How do you remain relevant in your organization and profession?
- Can your organization succeed without your daily presence?
- How has the pandemic affected your development?
- Are you developing the next layer of leadership?
The participation information will be emailed to registered attendees. Submit your thought-provoking questions in advance to C2 Information Technology Advisors.
Registration with close on Tuesday, November 10. To ensure an effective discussion, and to host a safe in-person meeting, the attendee count is limited. The regular attendees will receive priority.

About the Forum
The Northeast Indiana Chief Information Officer (CIO) Forum is comprised of Information Technology leaders (CIOs, IT Directors, and IT Strategists). We meet quarterly, generally from 7:30 – 9:30 AM in various locations, sponsored by the group or other strategic partners, to discuss IT issues, trends, and best practices. This conversational series of sessions are designed to allow the free and confidential exchange of ideas so that CIOs and IT leaders can optimize their Information Technology operation.
The Northeast Indiana CIO Forum self-select the topics. The attendance in the group is limited to optimize the discussion. It is not a sales meeting of any type, although we do review appliances, applications, tools, and methodologies. It is designed to help CIO and IT Leaders remain connected to technology trends.
Contact us at 260-403-5855 if you are interested in joining this group or sponsoring a quarterly meeting. Additionally, various corporate sponsors host networking and learning events during the year.
